She started her career with FMCG sector and moved on to Insurance Sector working with a joint venture company, Canara HSBC Life Insurance as one of their founding members. She comes with over 12 years of experience in HR function and specializes in talent acquisition particularly and has worked in both corporate and consulting side. She is dedicated to building strong teams within through motivation, strong development and good hiring practices.
She is also enthusiastic about CSR activities and has actively worked with various NGO’s throughout her education and corporate stints.
She is also passionate about writing and has written articles in the space of HR, Culture and Diversity.
